1. Services

W&W Builders Group provides residential and commercial remodeling, renovations, additions, and related construction services. The specific scope of work, materials, schedules, and costs will be detailed in written proposals, estimates, or contracts between the Company and the customer (“you,” “your”).

2. Estimates and Contracts

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • Final costs may vary if scope, materials, or site conditions differ from those in the estimate.

  • Work begins only after both parties sign a written agreement and any required deposit is received.

3. Payments

  • A deposit of [percentage/amount to be specified in your contract, e.g., 30% of project cost] is required prior to the start of work.

  • Remaining balances are due in accordance with the payment schedule in your agreement (progress payments and final payment).

  • Invoices are due within 10 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

4. Change Orders

  • All changes to project scope must be agreed upon in writing.

  • Change orders may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the project site during agreed working hours.

  • Obtain required approvals (permits, HOA, etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Ensure utilities (electric, water, etc.) are available for our crews.

  • Maintain safe site conditions for workers.

6. Scheduling and Delays

  • Project schedules are estimates and may be impacted by weather, inspections, material availability, subcontractor schedules, or unforeseen conditions.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of changes.

7. Warranties

  • We warrant workmanship for 1 year following project completion.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products/materials used.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or damage caused by third-party contractors after completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid under your contract.

  • We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or delays beyond our control.

9. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or redistribute website content without our written permission.

10. Communications

11. Termination
